www.beindianbyindian.com ("Website") and its mobile application ("Application") are owned and operated by Indistorez, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered place of business at No 17, Hiprofile Business Centre, 1/ A Church Street, Bangalore 560001, Karnataka, India.

By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with and be legally bound thereby.

Membership Eligibility :

Use of the Website is free.You should be 18 years of age and above .The Website can be used by entering the user id and password created by during the registration process on our website or mobile application. The user id and password should not be shared to another person or allow any other person to use them. Indistorez will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of your credential.

Product Orders :

By booking product though the Website/ Mobile application you automatically enter into a contract (legally binding ) with the vendors with who you have booked the product.  We only act as an intermediary between you and the vendor by sharing your booking request to them and the booking confirmation to you. The basic rules and regulations of the ordered product like quality & description , cancellation policy and refund policy , delivery details are mentioned on the respective product fact sheet, which you are expected to read and abide by.

All the information about the respective product on the Website are as per the details provided by the vendor and Indistorez should not be held responsible for any wrong information shared by the Vendor.

Indistorez reserves the right to add or discontinue with any of the vendor/product listed on the Website.

Payment :

All the payment done via credit card and net banking are processed through an online payment gateway service provider . You need not worry about your card / bank details falling into wrong hands. The respective bank will authorise the transaction without any information being passed to us.

Online payment, in some cases, may attract a transaction fee, depending on the method of payment you choose. The transaction fee, if any, will be shown to you at the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy :

Every product has its own cancellation policy, which will be clearly mentioned on the product details and also on the order confirmation. You are requested to read and understand the cancellation policy before cancelling any order.
Refund Policy :
All refunds for a confirmed order will be done as per the respective order cancellation policy. Indistorez will confirm the cancellation and the refund amount via E-mail  to your registered e-mail id. Please note that it may take up to 15 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated from our end.
Privacy Policy :

The Website and/or the Application may now or in the future collect the following personally identifiable information to serve you better: a) Name including first and last name; b) email address; c) mobile phone number and contact details; d) Postal Pin code; e) Personal demographic profile like your age, gender, occupation, location, education, address etc., By using the Website or Application, you agree to receive promotional communication, text messages and/or newsletters from Indistorez. You can opt out by contacting the customer service at  info@beindianbyindian.com . We will never sell or provide your information to third party companies or outside agencies for commercial purposes. However, the Website may contain links to other web sites that we do not manage directly. Indistorez shall not be responsible for the privacy policies of such external web sites.
Right to Modify :

Indistorez reserves unconditional right to modify terms and conditions of transacting business on the Website and/or the Application without any prior notification and consent of customers. When a registered customer accesses the Website or Application, he or she is deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms & Conditions on the Website.

Shipping Policy :

Courier charges for the product will be displayed at the time of placing the order before check out
The estimate delivery date will be mentioned at the time of placing the order before check out
The confirmed order can be monitered via option called “Track Order".
